Oltrans is a mobile application that allows users to use Oltrans translation agency’s services. Oltrans translation agency is a translation agency located in Bulgaria, Europe, established in 2006 and ISO 17100:2015 certified. Oltrans provides language services such as translation, editing, proofreading, certified translation, legalization, website and software localisation, translation in various fields, DTP, etc.

The Oltrans app provides a quick and easy way to order, pay and receive your text or document’s translation. The Oltrans app allows you to:
send a new quote request for language services
review personal quotes
accept or reject the quotes
process payment for a specific quote
review personal projects
track the status of a specific project
accept or reject the completion of a specific project
download source files
download translated files
order documents delivery via courier.

In the Oltrans app you can order translation from and into the following languages: Albanian, Arabic, Armenian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Montenegrin, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian.

The data of your translation projects is kept in our Project Management System – Protemos. The information provided by you is kept strictly confidential and no other user of the app has access to it.

The Oltrans app requires access to your files, images and camera. This is necessary in order to request a new quote - you can attach a file or an image from your storage or create a new image using your mobile phone camera. You may change your settings any time.

The Oltrans app also gives you access to a Q&A section with frequently asked questions concerning the language services provided by Oltrans and the requirements for documents issued for and from Bulgaria.
